Right on the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. Simply stunning. Communication was awesome regarding check in, check out. What to expect etc. Details like, gate code, building code, parking permits, elevator directions bc it’s a penthouse, were very easy to understand and worked seamlessly. The unit itself has been almost completely remodeled. The kitchen has gorgeous countertops and all new appliances that worked well. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and both rooms had king sized beds!! Loved that!! The bathrooms were gorgeous and remodeled beautifully. The ac worked so good!! All rooms had great ceiling fans and blackout shades. There is a large balcony with a nice sitting area of 2 chairs and a couch and table. Very comfortable for our 4 adults. The unit had plenty of sitting areas inside and huge kitchen table. It was also VERY clean. I was impressed. We would like to come back for sure.
