Our family of 4 loved our stay at Sabine! Plenty of room to spread out, with all the finest luxuries. The kitchen is fully stocked, there’s a wine fridge and bar area, the large balcony welcomed sunrises and sunsets (AMAZING), the beds were very comfy, we loved the large showers, and enjoyed the pickle ball and basketball courts. It’s a 5-10 min walk to the beach, depending on which direction you go. We opted to drive or take the local golf cart taxi service to the pier area for beach days (5 mins tops). We loved the proximity to the Pensacola Boardwalk, as well as morning walks along Ft. Pickens Rd. This place is a gem and we’d love to come back! One note to future guests: access to/from the lock off unit requires you to walk through the 2 twin bed bedroom, or to walk down the condo hallway to access the main living area. We had two teens, so we had to navigate this, but it wasn’t an issue. Just something to be aware of. Beach Bum was always quick to respond and are excellent host
