This home was exactly as described and in great condition. Quick and easy walk to beach about 5-7 min, with the included beach cart made it no trouble to get all your beach gear to and from. 10 min drive to pier area with shops and restaurants when there isn’t traffic. There’s a great little store/deli/coffee shop nearby called The Local about 8 min walk/1 minute drive that has all the beach vacation essentials. We had 4 adults and were very comfortable but would definitely suggest for families with kids as well
