The Space

'Pearl Haven' is a Gulf-front 3BR / 2BA located at Emerald Isle Resort: 22 Via de Luna.
Unit #508, 5th floor

*Please note, Emerald Isle will begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks (through Winter 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

"We had a fantastic time at the condo. The view was beautiful, we and our kids slept very well in the comfortable beds, and the beach access was glorious. There were some rough currents at the beach when we were there, and we saw the extremely competent surf rescue lifeguard team save a man from rip current. The pool was beautiful, and the accommodations were well appointed. Thank you for the fantastic hosting.

"Six wonderful days at the property! What a fantastic condo!! We had six adults and loved the amenities! The property management staff was wonderful and answered all questions in a timely fashion and very respectfully. We had a small issue the first night but it was resolved the next day. We were very satisfied and planning returning again!

Amazing stay!

"We had such an amazing stay at Emerald Isle Pearl Haven (508). The views from the balcony are priceless. The amenities are impressive. The pools and hot tub were a massive hit with our children. There were 8 of us on this trip and everyone had plenty of room and was comfortable. The property is literally right on the beach and within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. We'll be back!

"This condo is absolutely gorgeous. It is a corner unit, so the views are stunning. The beds were so very comfortable. Even the bed in the pullout couch was comfortable. The kitchen has everything. We love to cook, and we were so impressed when we saw that there was a crockpot, a blender and even a griddle. We also loved the location. We were able to walk to everything. Everything was just perfect.

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our condo was so comfortable. It’s our third stay ay Emerald Isle but our first through Beach Bum. This condo was by far the best we have stayed in. Amazing what updates can do to the overall experience. This condo was beautifully updated especially in comparison to other three bedroom condos that we have paid more for and aren’t updated. The beach service with two chairs and an umbrella is a definite perk. We had one hiccup at arrival when it became 4pm and we hadn’t received our email with codes to get in. I made a phone call and Kaylin was on it! After an apology she was quick to send the codes, all while I was still on the phone with her until she made sure we received the info we needed to get in. The guest service screen with a personalized welcome was a cool treat! I highly recommend Beach Bum and Condo 508! We would definitely stay in 508 again. It was hard to leave!!

"We had an absolutely lovely stay in 508! Views were incredible and the chess table was a hit. This space was perfect for our group of 8; 4 adults and 4 kids comfortably shared the space. The pool was relaxing and the beach was beautiful. We appreciated the boogie boards and sand toys in the laundry room area and made good use of them! 5 stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐

"It was amazing, especially the view when you walk in the door. That is the reason I chose this unit was due to all the windows. One negative was the TV in the living room, constantly loading, not good when sports are on and husband is pacing the floor. The bedroom TV's were fine, but living room needs a new tv for sure. Other than that great time.

"We absolutely loved staying in this condo. The view was amazing. The place felt so clean & had everything we needed & more. They were so easy to work with & always very fast with their responses if I reached out with any questions. My husband would describe it as “home away from home” because it felt so clean. In hotels you’re kind of nervous to touch anything, but I’m this condo it felt so clean so it did kind of feel like home. The beds were so comfortable & we even were able to rent a crib from them for our 2 year old which was great. It was nice has a complimentary beach set up everyday as well. The pool was great too! I will be recommending Beach Bums to anyone traveling down that way!

"This property was perfect! We had 6 adults and a toddler and loved every minute! The place was very clean, plenty of room, and had a GORGEOUS view and balcony! It was very nice that the balcony was toddler safe and that going to the beach was so easy. There were also several restaurants and activities within walking distance. It was super easy for everyone to come and go as they desired, especially with the keypad lock on the door so we didnt have to track or divide up keys. It rained one day during our stay, but we didnt mind staying in watching the rain on the beach and playing the games provided. We definitely recommend this stay and would love to come back!

"This condo is exactly as described. The pictures do not do it justice. We were all in shock when we walked in. The cleanliness, the decorations, the comfortable furniture was all a big plus as we enjoyed ourselves in Pensacola. Easy check in/parking instructions. The communication with Beach Bum was great as they answered some questions I had before the visit and then checked with in with us after we arrived. Pensacola is beautiful and staying in the place was icing on the cake!

"This condo is insanely beautiful. Stunning views of the ocean from your balcony and living room. We stayed at Beach Bum BB with a group of 5 friends for a reunion and this 3 bedroom condo was extremely spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. The condo is super cleaned and well cared for. The place has quick Wi-Fi. The beach is literally in your back yard along with a very well cared for pool and hot tub. "We had a wonderful time! The views are even better than pictured. The beach is lovely and we were able to watch both the sunrise and the sunset from inside the unit! It was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The internet worked—important, as we both had to work. The kitchen had everything we needed. Restaurants across the street were dive-y but convenient. "The fully stocked kitchen was perfect for preparing a Thanksgiving meal. We were able to spend time with our son, who is an officer in the Navy stationed in Pensacola, and got to see gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Having a washer and dryer was very handy for those beach days. The front door code was not working but using the key card was easier anyway.

Hi his host has literally thought of everything! From a little personalized welcome board…to a guest book, games to even tide pods! "We loved this condo. From the view, to the location and amenities-we’d definitely come again! The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed that so many restaurants and stores were within walking distance. We even had our groceries delivered ahead of time, so when we arrived at the condo, our kitchen was stocked! Excellent play to stay-highly recommend. Thanks, BeachBum for a relaxing spring break!

"The condo was perfect for our needs and very clean. The condo was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, so we really didn't need to drive, unless we wanted to go for a drive. The beach was beautiful and not very crowded. The only comment is one that others have made. It took a few days to remember which code to use for the different gates.

"Perfect location and the view is amazing! Perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico and city center of Pensacola Beach. The location provides walking access to all things Pensacola Beach. The room is spotless and has way more amenities than any other AirBNB we have used in the past. If you want a perfect location and a less busy place than say Destin, FL this is the perfect place to stay. Would recommend 5 out 5 stars!

"Awesome condo on the 5th floor, just high enough to feel private from the pool below while also being so close to the beautiful beach! Condo was bright and inviting with lots of natural light. Walking distance to all the area restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again!
