The Space

'Heron Bleu' is a Gulf-front 2BR / 2BA located at Emerald Isle Resort: 22 Via de Luna.
Unit #1702, TOP FLOOR- 17th floor

*Please note, Emerald Isle will begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks (through Winter 2026). Noise will be minimized during quiet hours, however we are unaware of the levels during the day or when they will be at peak.

Anniversary Stay

"My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary here last week. We stayed at the heron bleu condo. The condo was extremely clean, easily the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. They provided us with everything we’d need in the kitchen and enough toiletries to get us through our stay. The view was absolutely incredible and upon arrival I was able to see dolphins from our balcony for the first time! On the second day we saw 9 dolphins jumping around all at once. On the third day my husband ended up getting second degree burns and sun poisoning so unfortunately for the rest of the trip we were stuck in the condo but at least we got to enjoy the view still. The bed was also the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. The only negative thing I can think of is how you needed a separate code for everything. We even needed a special code to use the elevator since we were in the penthouse. I’m not too angry about that though because I know it was for our safety. All in all we are already considering staying here again the next time we come to Florida because of how nice it was.

"This was our first stay at Emerald Isle Condo #1702 (Heron Blue). We were not disappointed. The condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony and the floor to ceiling windows provided mesmerizing views of the ocean. The sitting area on the balcony was peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped and well-stocked with all the essential items needed in a kitchen. The touch screen display welcoming you to #1702 Heron Blue was a nice touch and provided useful information regarding your stay. The building and pool area was well maintained. We rented directly from Beach Bum BB Vacation Rentals. The staff was very helpful and friendly in booking our stay. The process was simple and easy. We would definitely book another stay with Beach Bum BB Vacation Rentals at Emerald Isle Condo #1702. Thank you Beach Bum BB Vaction Rentals.

"This condo is soooooooooo beautiful! The view is absolutely stunning and it was really nice having access to a washer and dryer. The beach chair set up was great to have included too. Everyone we had interactions with was super friendly, lots of great food around close by, and riding the local trolly was really fun! Can't wait to come back! We are already dreaming of our next Pensacola beach vacay!

"The weather was spot on no rain for a week water was warm enough to swim but the waves were big. Ha oh well. The views from the balcony were spectacular. First time staying at this property and will be back. Hats off to the maintenance of this building. Many accommodations in the area are not kept up with cleanliness. Our room was very well maintained.

Second stay at Emerald Isle

"This was our second stay at Emerald Isle but our first time staying in the #1702 top floor ‘Heron Bleu’ and WOW. Absolutely gorgeous. The photos just don’t do it justice. Perfectly decorated, well appointed and extremely comfortable, this place had everything including that million dollar ocean view, which was stunning from the 17th floor. We especially enjoyed the beach chair and umbrella service and the pools and hot tub, of course. Checking in and out was a breeze. Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. We will be back!

"A beautiful place to stay right on the beach and within walking distance of many places to eat. The beds were so comfortable — I think they were memory foam maybe? Everything was pristine. It was a nice touch that the rental included beach towels plus complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella all set up for you on the beach.

"Fantastic Pensacola trip! This was our first time to the Pensacola beach after several trips to Destin. The unit is exactly as advertised! Incredible views, great sized balcony with comfortable furniture, king sized bed in primary bedroom is very comfortable as well. The beach is amazing and the beach service crew (chairs/umbrellas) did a great job. Plenty of restaurants close by with great food and great service. We will be back for sure!!

"Excellent value. Excellent location. This place was spotless when we arrived, and looked like the photos provided by the host with all listed amenities. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and more than enough space for a couple or pair of couples. The view from the balcony and the living room over the gulf was awesome. We didn’t hear the guests staying in other units, nor did we hear the elevator. Everything was nice and quiet - just the sound of the ocean. Within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and cafes which are accessible from the beach or Via De Luna Drive. The beach is beautiful and, at this time of year (end of January) was almost private, even though the temperature was in the low 70’s during our stay. A great place to escape the cold winters!

"This apartment was perfect, clean, neat, and very comfortable. It's bright and "beachy." We've never stayed in an upper level condo. It was great having a bird's eye view of the beach and the swimming pools. Everyone we met at the Emerald Isle, was friendly. When we took my 101 year old dad to the beach everyone helped get him into the gulf one last time! Thanks for making it possible!
