Why choose Beach Bum BB?

Beach Bum BB is not the largest rental company on Pensacola Beach. We like it that way. Each new property has to meet our quality standards. It allows us to maintain quality over quantity and know each condo, and its owner, personally.

This strategy allows us to choose to partner with the best on Pensacola Beach. Owners who want to identify as such make the numbers to match!

We treat your home as our own.

Owners Enjoy:

  • An ‘Owner Portal’ to view reservations, reserve personal owner dates, view statements, invoices, and work orders.
  • Statements without inflated numbers or hidden credit card fees. We deal with NIGHTLY REVENUE ONLY figures.
  • Consistent revenue and occupancy year-round. Never go a month with zero income.
  • A cleaning and maintenance team that is IN-HOUSE (BB’s Clean Team). Unlike large companies, we hire, train and maintain all in house without a list of contractors for the daily jobs.
  • When a professional is needed, we have a relationship built with local companies that know our name and our needs.
  • Damage waiver protection.
  • Print and online advertising. We’re listed on all major booking platforms per unit as well as selected, high volume magazines. Let’s face it though- word of mouth and our reputation will always be the best form of advertising.
  • Brand loyalty- a large percentage of guests are returning!
  • Your input matters. We realize not everything is one size fits all.
  • Keyless entries and a personal owner code
  • No restrictions on amount or length of owner stays.
  • Personalized URL for your property title. Share it!

  • Direct website so guests can book directly with Beach Bum BB and always get the best rate.
