Excellent value. Excellent location. This place was spotless when we arrived, and looked like the photos provided by the host with all listed amenities. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and more than enough space for a couple or pair of couples. The view from the balcony and the living room over the gulf was awesome. We didn’t hear the guests staying in other units, nor did we hear the elevator. Everything was nice and quiet – just the sound of the ocean. Within walking distance to a number of great restaurants and cafes which are accessible from the beach or Via De Luna Drive. The beach is beautiful and, at this time of year (end of January) was almost private, even though the temperature was in the low 70’s during our stay. A great place to escape the cold winters!
