Nice and clean. Great location for us with family a few blocks away. Our stay was in January so we weren’t able to make use of the outdoor space but it appeared to be a great area to enjoy during warmer months. A few maintenance items which we are sharing with management now (items not likely to have been able to correct during our 3 day stay and that didn’t overly impact our stay and enjoyment) such as the master bathroom exhaust fan did not work and no windows to open. They also require your personal email for communication and access to the house although Airbnb says don’t give out personal info. The Local mini market/deli/liquor store two blocks away is a great asset to the property.
