Our condo was very nice! My wife, daughter, husband and their 3 daughters (3 year old twins and 1 year old ) had a great time. It rained all day the first day so no beach time but it didn’t matter because of the indoor pool. The kids loved it! Beach chair and umbrella guys were excellent. Very pleasant and helpful. Love the Trolley and so did the kids. We took it every night to go to dinner. The girls are still talking about it. Excellent week in Pensacola even though they were calling for a lot of rain. Besides the first day we only had an occasional shower and then the sun came back out. Overall, a great stay! Now, a few items of concern. All renters arrive at 4:00pm to get into their condo. Not enough roll racks to handle the influx of people at that time. People were frustrated. It’s not good to be frustrated right out of the chute! Extra racks would be an improvement. My son-in-law went up to the condo and opened the door and the cleaning people were still in the room around 4:15pm and one of the housekeepers was smoking out on the balcony. Left a bad cigarette smell out there. I thought it was a non-smoking unit?? Some things had not been cleaned but overall it was fine. But, if the unit was supposed to be “Immacu-Clean”… it wasn’t. However, I would highly recommend The Beach Club. Staff is friendly and it is centrally located plus the trolley stop is right out front…We will most likely be back for another visit.
