The building itself is immaculate. The pool was dirty, every day. I am not sure I ever saw someone check the chemicals of the pool or hot tub. The route to the beach is ridiculous unless you realize you can go through the indoor pool, but at some point they lock that door therefore you have to take the elevator to the third floor, walk through the garage (very creepy) take another elevator back down to the main floor and exit out. Simply ridiculous and all because their humongous gym is on the main floor. It seems a better plan would be put the gym on the third floor and let everyone else walk out to the beach because you come for the beach not the gym. I never saw more than two people working out at a time. Other than the gripes, the unit was immaculate and we enjoyed it very much.
