The condo was super clean with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. Beach access was right across the street, but with the construction at the Holiday Inn, we did have to walk a bit further than normal. On the flip side, the Holiday Inn being closed meant the beach was practically empty, which was great! We sat on the balcony and watched the dolphins daily. I would definitely recommend this condo.
