We had 8 people stay for the week of 3/13 2022. The unit is comfortable and in good condition. It was well stocked, and the times we needed Beachbum, their customer service and responses were fantastic. A few notes – 1) the unit is on the 4th floor, and has a 3 level building directly in front of it, so the direct view to the ocean is partially blocked, but the view to the sides are clear and unobstructed, and 2) the biggest issue is that there is a HUGE high rise construction project right next to it, and on the same side as this unit. Construction was only on the weekdays, but it started at 730am and lasted all day until 4pm ish. If you are wanting a peaceful quietness from the patio, you will not have it during those days and times, and the 2 bedrooms that face the building directly will most certainly be woken up at 730 every morning. It didn’t keep us from enjoying the unit, but we did wish we had been warned upfront as to possibly consider a different property.
