We stayed at Pelican Point 1404 at the end of 2020 and enjoyed every minute! We have stayed at numerous condos across the USA and this condo along with the management team were great!
The owners have not spared any expense in making this a comfortable abode for visitors. I very much appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/keurig/baking items. All of the bed linens and towels were up to date and didn’t feel like they’d been used 50 million times. The grill was wonderful and there are even tongs/spatulas for the grill specifically that make it even more easy. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness in my own home, not to mention when I travel. This is one of the few times that from the very beginning I felt at ease with how the condo had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The view from this condo is amazing, we spent a lot of time on the balcony!
The management team, Beach Bum is really great to deal with. When we walked into the condo we felt very welcome with the presentation that had been made for us. Thank you Beach Bum! If we return to Pensacola I will not hesitate to rent this condo again–highly recommend!
