We were at condo for 3weeks. Condo was clean amenities are nice! With 2 pools a first class work out facility and spa. All staff at facility were all great. This would of been a 4-5 star experience but there are some real issues that need to be dealt with in our condo. Washing machine either needs repair or replaced. Master bedroom’s bed needs serious attention we both came back w/ lumbar and upper back issues. Living room furniture is also not very comfortable. We love Pensacola Beach and have been there several times and will be back. When we come back I will not rent this unit again unless bed and washing machine are addressed.
Response from manager: Thank you Todd! It was a pleasure to host you. The washing machine did need a part and is fixed! As for the beds- they are foam mattresses on a platform bed. They may not be what works best for you. Next time, let’s find one that will offer different mattresses for your best sleep!
