Aaliyah joined the Beach Bum BB family in early 2026, bringing with her a love for numbers, an eye for detail, and a genuine passion for building lasting relationships with our homeowners. With a focus on owner portfolio management, she is dedicated to strengthening communication, fostering trust, and ensuring every homeowner feels valued and confident in their partnership with BB.

Eager to learn and grow, Aaliyah is continually expanding her knowledge and skills to help enhance the homeowner experience and contribute to the company’s long-term success. She understands that behind every property is a homeowner who has entrusted us with a special piece of paradise, and she takes pride in being part of the team that cares for it.

When she’s not crunching numbers or connecting with homeowners, Aaliyah enjoys making memories with her son. One of their favorite pastimes is strolling along our beautiful beaches, hunting for seashells and enjoying the little treasures coastal living has to offer.
