Rental Information
Not all condos are created equal:
Each condo is individually owned, which means the owner gets to decide whether to live in it or rent it out — and of course, we prefer they rent it with us! 😉
Owners have several options when it comes to vacation rentals. They may choose to manage the property themselves and list it on sites like VRBO, or they can partner with a professional rental management company like Beach Bum BB. You may also recognize other local management companies such as Premier, Paradise, and Southern Resorts.
Tips for Arrival
- The bridge onto Pensacola Beach has a $1 toll.
- The nearest grocery store is Publix. It’s located in Gulf Breeze before the bridge onto Pensacola Beach. Avoid shopping (during the Summer season) on weekends at high traffic, like arrival times (3-4pm). Our suggestion is to settle in the first night and go shopping the following morning for a better, less stressful experience.
- Park and take a small load to the condo. Keep a free hand to enter a code and grab the parking passes while upstairs. If you forget, don’t rush to put the parking passes in your car- just do it before you retire for the night as security checks during the night.
- We are local! That means whenever you’re in need of a good suggestion, we’re only a shout away. Now, how many rental companies say you can shout at them?
Miscellaneous
✓ The first digits of the condo usually give away the floor number. EX: 1005 is the 10th floor.
✓ We do not provide daily maid service. The start kit of amenities will not be replaced unless the service is requested for an additional fee.
✓ No pets allowed at any time. A pet fee will be added to the bill if evidence of a pet is found.
✓ All rentals are non-smoking. A smoking fee will be added to the bill if evidence of smoking is found.
✓ No parties (more people than the condo can sleep).
✓ Most properties have garbage chutes on each floor.
