The Sunset Terrace condo is well-equipped and very nicely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice washer and dryer. We loved having the ice maker! Love that I don’t have to pack beach towels or carry beach chairs down every day! Beach Bum staff is highly responsive, and it’s always been a pleasure working with them. The only downside for me was the building between our balcony and the beach. I would have preferred an accurate, honest description of the partially obstructed ocean view. While the view is certainly fantastic, I couldn’t help but feel deceived when I walked in and saw the building directly in front of the balcony. The pictures and video certainly avoid that direct view. We stayed in another BB condo on a higher floor last year, and I would have much preferred that view over this one. Certainly not a deal breaker, but now that I know, I will try to book the higher floor if available.
