Was great place would mention the top part of house and garages are not accessible just so people know. Not a big deal but some folks are funny over those kind of things. Great location was close to everything and easy to get in and out of place. Lots of sand everywhere in Pensacola so was challenge to keep everything outside but it’s totally doable. Great hot tub but you have to set temp up in morning so gets to temp by night. For sure great for a group get away reasonably priced and accessible lots of stuff for the beach to use which is great. The wrap around porch is amazing you could tan from right there if you wanted to. They recycle so big plus in my book. Liked the sign book for guest suggestions on things as well very nice touch. They should for sure look into monthly rentals for folks that live on the beach.
