We had never been to Pensacola before. The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, great beachfront location, and easy to get to. Has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were available for the users of the condo. The managers of the rental communicated well and everything went very smoothly. I would have given 5 stars , but my wife thought the bed was too soft and it hurt her back. (I thought it was fine for me). Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and pots/pans you could want for cooking just about any meal. We had a great stay.
